Whether you’re returning to training, managing fatigue, or just getting started, Stronger: Aligned offers structure, support, and steady progress that fits real life. You’ll train 4 days a week, each session targeting a different focus to develop well-rounded, functional strength from the inside out.

Session 1: Stronger from the Centre

Primary Focus: Core, posture, breath, and balanced strength

What You'll Train: Core stability, spinal alignment, diaphragmatic breathing, posture resets

Why It Matters: Strengthening from the centre helps create stability and ease in every other movement, reducing back pain and improving how you move daily.

Session 2: Ground Up Strength

Primary Focus: Glutes, shoulders, spinal support, and flow-based strength

What You'll Train: Glute activation, postural strength, shoulder mobility, linked strength through the kinetic chain

Why It Matters: By anchoring strength from the floor up, you improve control, reduce compensation, and support better, more confident movement overall.

Session 3: Rooted in Strength

Primary Focus: Full-body strength with structured sets and breath-driven finish

What You'll Train: Compound strength sets, iso core holds, and mobility resets

Why It Matters: A structured approach to full-body strength that promotes progression without burnout—perfect for rebuilding capacity and confidence.

Session 4: Steady in Motion

Primary Focus: BOSU balance, mindful strength, mobility and core control

What You'll Train: Balance, lateral movement, shoulder and hip mobility, and recovery-based strength
