I’m Shannon McKenzie — and I started on the bench. Literally. I was the unfit kid stuck on the sidelines of a soccer game, unsure of myself and where to even start.
But that changed.
Training gave me more than just fitness — it gave me drive, discipline, and belief. The more I showed up, the more I realised this wasn’t just about getting fit. It was about changing how I saw myself, how I handled challenges, and how I moved through life.

Why I Started Off the Pine — And What You Can Expect
I didn’t start this to run people through random workouts. I started Off the Pine because I know what it feels like to be on the sidelines — unsure of where to start, stuck in your own head, and frustrated with fitness that never seems to stick.
I built this to be different. Not louder. Not flashier. Just more real.
This is personal training that’s actually personal — not just a service, but a partnership. I’m here to push you when you need it, slow things down when you’re overwhelmed, and remind you that you're not alone in any of this.
My approach is simple, but it works:
We train with purpose. Every session is built around you — your goals, your body, your life.
We build real momentum. Strength, confidence, energy. It adds up — and it carries over into everything you do.
We don’t chase quick fixes. This is about showing up, making it stick, and creating real change.
