My name is Shannon Mckenzie I wasn’t always confident. My fitness journey began on the sidelines, literally on the bench, while playing soccer. I was unfit, unmotivated, and unsure of myself. But with time, dedication, and a drive to prove to myself that I could do better, I found a passion for fitness that changed my life. Today, I use that journey to help others—just like you—get ‘off their bench’ and take control of their health, fitness, and confidence.
